Freedom Fair activities kick off with Military Appreciation Night at Cheney Stadium on Friday June 29th, 2012, Wings & Wheels will be Sunday July 1, 2012 and the Tacoma Freedom Fair & Air Show will entertain thousands again on the shores of Commencement Bay on the Ruston Way Waterfront on the Fourth of July!

Thanks to everyone who helped make a success of the 2011 Freedom Fair and celebration of the Centennial of Naval Aviation!

at Tacoma Narrows Airport
Sunday, July 1st, 2012 will find us at the Tacoma Narrows Airport for “Freedom Fair Wings & Wheels,” featuring an air show, car show, and motorcycle show, as well as live entertainment, displays, vendors, and flying demonstrations.
on the Ruston Way Waterfront
On July 4th, finally, the big event all along the Ruston Way waterfront!! Join us all day on the 4th of July for Freedom Fair, featuring all the usual 4th of July activities, airshows, great food, vendors, exhibits, rides, and events - along with a lot of very exciting new ones! It's the South Sound's biggest annual event, and a party that you don't want to miss, which ends with the Northwest's biggest firework show over Puget Sound!

Join us for the BEST way to watch the Freedom Fair Airshow on July 4th! You'll be right in the middle of all the Airshow action, and be able to get some fantastic photos of the aircraft as they soar over Tacoma and Browns Point. If you want to take photos of all the aircraft - or just enjoy their thunder as they scream across the water, this is absolutely the best airshow seat for the event! Visitors to Freedom Fair are asked to support the presentation of the festival this year and beyond.
