Rod & Custom Car Show

Is there anything better than seeing spectacular classic cars at one of the most beautiful locations in our state? Visitors to the Tacoma Freedom Fair this 4th of July will have the opportunity to view collectable cars on display in the parking lot in front of Duke’s Chowder House on the Ruston Way waterfront.
The show will feature hot rods, muscle cars, street rods and other classics available to view between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. on the Fourth. As always, the rule is “Look but don't touch!” Organizers remind us that the owners (“gear-heads” in classic car lingo) of these beautiful cars have worked hard to restore them. “They welcome the public’s admiring glances and questions about car restoration, local clubs and upcoming car rallies.”
This is just one of the many activities to enjoy at the 32nd anniversary Tacoma Freedom Fair – you won’t want to miss a thing this year!
The event begins at noon and runs all day until the fireworks show. All entries receive dash plaques and the trophy presentation begins at 7:00 PM
Don't miss the Smoke-N-Thunder jet car!
On the 4th they will fire up the afterburner and throw flame out over Commencement bay from Marine Park near the "America Be Strong" stage at 10 pm just prior to the start of the fireworks.
Can it get more AWESOME?!!
